End User License Agreement
The license terms for the Cookhouse mobile applications.

Parties and scope
This End User License Agreement (EULA) is between you and ScreenSense Studios LLC, not Apple Inc., Google LLC, or another marketplace. It supplements the Terms of Service. ScreenSense, not the marketplace, is solely responsible for the Cookhouse application and its content, subject to this EULA. If this EULA conflicts with applicable marketplace terms, the marketplace terms control to the extent required.
License
Subject to your compliance, ScreenSense grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use Cookhouse on devices you own or control and as permitted by the applicable marketplace’s usage rules, including eligible family or volume-sharing arrangements. The application is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Restrictions
You may not copy, distribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, publicly perform, circumvent protections, extract source code, modify, or create derivative works of the application except where applicable law or open-source licenses expressly permit. You may not use it to violate the Terms, interfere with systems, scrape personal data, or develop a competing service or dataset.
Maintenance and support
ScreenSense, not Apple or Google, is responsible for maintenance and support as required by law. Marketplaces have no obligation to provide maintenance or support. Contact support@getcookhouse.com.
Warranties and refunds
To the extent a warranty cannot be disclaimed, ScreenSense is responsible for it. If the Apple-distributed application fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Other claims are governed by the Terms and mandatory law.
Product claims and intellectual property
ScreenSense, not the marketplace, is responsible for addressing claims relating to the application or your possession and use of it, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, and consumer-protection claims. ScreenSense is also responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of claims that the application infringes third-party intellectual-property rights.
Legal compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as supporting terrorism and are not listed on a U.S. government prohibited or restricted-party list. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using Cookhouse.
Updates and termination
We may provide updates that add, change, or remove functionality. Updates may be required for security or continued use. The license terminates automatically if you materially breach this EULA. On termination, you must stop using and delete the application; terms intended to survive remain effective.
Third-party beneficiaries
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA for an application obtained through Apple’s App Store and may enforce it against you upon your acceptance. To the extent required by Google Play terms, Google and its affiliates receive the corresponding rights. No other third party is a beneficiary unless expressly stated.
