How to report copyright concerns and respond to removals.

Respect for rights

Only upload content you own or are authorized to use. Cookhouse may restrict or remove material reasonably believed to infringe and may terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, considering the circumstances and valid counter-notices.

Copyright notice

Send a signed notice to support@getcookhouse.com identifying the copyrighted work; the specific Cookhouse material and enough information to locate it; your name, postal address, telephone number, and email; a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature. Incomplete notices may delay action.

Counter-notice

If content was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a signed counter-notice identifying the removed material and former location; stating under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; providing your name, address, and telephone number; consenting to the applicable U.S. federal court jurisdiction and service from the claimant; and including your signature. We may forward the counter-notice and restore content when the law permits.

Misuse and other claims

Knowingly material misrepresentations may create liability. This process is for copyright, not trademark, privacy, harassment, fraud, or safety complaints; send those through the appropriate in-app flow or support. We may request additional information and may share notices as needed to process them.

No registered DMCA-agent claim

support@getcookhouse.com is Cookhouse’s ordinary copyright contact. ScreenSense Studios LLC does not currently claim that this contact is a Copyright Office-registered designated agent or that Cookhouse qualifies for 17 U.S.C. § 512 safe-harbor protection. A compliant designation and registration would be required before making that claim.
